产品性能实验 Performance testing
1 .机械性能:线夹握力大于 1/10 导线拉断力,符合 GB2314-1997 要求;
2.温升性能:在大电流情况下,线夹的温升小于连接导线的温升;
3.热循环性能:符合 GB/T2317.3-2000 电力金具热循环试验标准;
4.防水绝缘性能:符合 GB/T13140.1-1998 第 2 部分标准的相关试验要求;
5 抗腐蚀性能:在二氧化硫和盐雾环境中做 3 次 14 天的循环测试;
6.环境老化性能:在紫外线、干燥和潮湿的环境中,温度变化和热冲击中暴露六个星期。
7.防火性能:连接器件的绝缘材料经受住灼热丝试验,符合 GB/T5169.4 第 4 ~10 章要求。

5. Resistance to corrosion performance: under the condition of S02 and salt fog. it can do three times of fourteen days circle testing.
6. Environmental aging performance: under the circumstance of ultraviolet, radiation, dry and moist, expose it with change of
temperature and heat impulse for six weeks.
7. Fire-proof performance: insulation material of the connector withstands glowing fi lament test. Conform to the requirements in
Chapter 4-10 of GB/T5169.4
