二、安全注意事项/Safety precautions

为避免造成人身伤害以及不必要的损失，在安装操作维护设备之前，请仔细阅读说明书。

In order to avoid personal injury and unnecessary loss, please read the instructions carefully before installing and maintaining the equipment.

1、安全操作规则/Safe operation rules

1）、操作人员应穿适当的工作服，禁止穿宽大或没有钮扣的衣服。/The operator should wear the appropriate clothing,prohibit wearing baggy clothes or the clothes has no buttons.

2）、操作人员应束紧发簪，并戴适当的帽子，穿防滑鞋。/The operator should tighten Fazan, and wear appropriate hat, wear non slip shoes.

3）、使用人员应戴橡胶手套，脚下垫绝缘鞋垫，以防触电。/The used personnel should wear rubber gloves, foot pad insulation pads,To prevent electric shock.

4）、请留意“急停”按钮的位置，以备有紧急情况时能立即按下急停开关，以保安全。/Please pay attention to the "emergency stop" button position, in case of emergency can immediately press the emergency stop switch, to ensure safety.

5）、不要随意改造安全结构和电气线路。/Do not arbitrarily transform the safety structure and electrical wiring.

6）、设备可靠接地。/Equipment must be reliably grounded.

7）、运行中不要清洁设备，不要调整设备。/Do not run in cleaning equipment, do not adjust the equipment.

8）、不要在阳光直射的情况下操作设备，以免看不清屏上的按钮进行错误操作。/Do not operate the equipment in the case of direct sunlight, so as can’t to see the screen button wrong operation.

9）、停止工作时切记关闭电源。/Turn off the power when you stop working.

2、安全维护规则/Safety maintenance rules

1）、设备高压由专业电工掌管，在维修时应关闭电源，并在电源开关处标记“维修中”。/Equipment high voltage by professional electrician in charge, should be confirmed turn off power supply in the maintenance, and in the power switch mark "maintenance"。

2）、维修设备应仔细学习安全说明。/Maintenance equipment should carefully study the safety instructions.

3）使用人员完全了解高压的每一个连接点。/The use of personnel must fully understand the each connection point of high pressure .

3、安全安装规则/Safety installation rules

1）、设备的重量在叉车承重范围内，根据说明书移动设备。/Confirm the weight of the equipment in the forklift bearing range, according to the specification move equipment.

2）、正确连接电源、气源。/Properly connected to power source、air source.

三、安装注意事项

全自动三头穿壁焊机是一台精，密的设备，需要专业人员对其进行安装及维护，在操作该设备前，请认真阅读说明书。/full automatic intercell welding machine with three heads is a sophisticated equipment,Need professionals to Installation and maintenance,Please read the instructions carefully before operating the equipment.

1、设备移动/device move

1）、设备的移动使用叉车（承重3t以上）移动，设备移动时，使用叉车从设备正面叉起（注意设备重心）。/Equipment moving with the use of forklift trucks (bearing more than 3t), when the device moves, Use fork lift truck from the front fork(attention to the center of gravity).

2、设备安装/equipment installation

1）、设备安装在适当的场所，设备安全及操作维护。/Ensure equipment is installed in the most appropriate place to ensure equipment safety and operation and maintenance.

2）、保持设备的安装环境清洁，不要将设备安装在电源不稳定的地方，否则容易引起设备的损坏。/Maintain equipment installation environment clean,Do not install equipment in the place where power is unstable, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the equipment.

3）、设备安装前应地基坚实平整，设备摆放到位后，调整地脚螺栓，工作台面水平必要时用仪器校准。/Before the installation, should guarantee the smooth solid foundation, equipment put in place, adjust the bolt, ensure the work table level when necessary with instrument calibration.

4）、设备安装好后，清洁油污和灰尘。/After the equipment is installed, clean oil and dust.

5）、设备即可单独使用也可是与连续生产线配套使用。/Equipment can be used alone but also with the continuous production line supporting the use of.

3、气源连接/Air source connection

1）、设备气源处理件入口处接上压缩空气送气管将接口拧紧，密封。/Equipment air handling parts at the entrance to the compressed air supply air pipe will be tightened to ensure that the seal.

2）、设备出厂时，气动组合件中已加好油，润滑油标号为5°-7°E应及时加油，油面不得超过高油位线。/when equipment leave the factory,pneumatic components and has good oil, lubricating oil numbered 5 DEG -7 DEG E should be timely refueling oil surface shall not exceed the maximum level line.

3）设备出厂时已调整好气源压力，如需要调整，请将压力表上方的锁紧螺帽向上拔，然后转动螺帽顺时针气压升高，逆时针气压降低，压力合适时按下锁紧螺帽。/when equipment leave the factory ,has been adjusted air pressure, Such as the need to adjust,Please pull Lock nut above the pressure table up,Then clockwise rotating nut pressure rise,Counter clockwise pressure drop,Suitable pressure press the locking nut.

4）、根据需要可对滴油量进行调整，用手转动供油量调节螺母，顺时针增大，逆时针减小，一般以焊头升降气缸到3-4个循环滴一滴为宜。/According to the need to adjust the amount of oil drops,Rotary oil supply, adjusting nut,Clockwise increases, counter clockwise decreases.In general, welding head lifting cylinder to 3-4 circulation drop a drop is appropriate.

5）、自动润滑泵中要经常检查，及时加入40＃机油。/Automatic lubrication pump should always check, timely add 40＃ oil.

4、电气连接

1）AC380V电压波动不超过± 10%。/AC380V Voltage fluctuation does not exceed +-10%.

2）、导线正截面积相线选择不低于10mm2,铜线、零线选择不低于2.5 mm2铜线，相线接在配线盘的断路器上面零线接在绝缘子上面。/the cross-sectional area of each phase conductor not less than 10mm2,copper wire、zero line not less than 2.5mm2copper wire,phase conductor and the Miniature circuit breaker connection,Zero line and insulator connection.

3）、将机器外壳接地。/the machine shell contact with the ground.

4）合上断路器，打开钥匙开关，看电源指示灯是否点亮，如有异常，立即切断电源检查接线。/Close the Miniature circuit breaker，Turn on the key switch to see if the power indicator light is on,If there is abnormal, immediately cut off the power check wiring.
