1、Safe operation rules

1）、The operator should wear the appropriate clothing,prohibit wearing baggy clothes or the clothes has no buttons.

2）、The operator should tighten Fazan, and wear appropriate hat, wear non slip shoes.

3）、The used personnel should wear rubber gloves, foot pad insulation pads,To prevent electric shock.

4）、Please pay attention to the "emergency stop" button position, in case of emergency can immediately press the emergency stop switch, to ensure safety.

5）、Do not arbitrarily transform the safety structure and electrical wiring.

6）、Equipment must be reliably grounded.

7）、Do not run in cleaning equipment, do not adjust the equipment.

1、设备移动/device move

3）、Before the installation, should guarantee the smooth solid foundation, equipment put in place, adjust the bolt, ensure the work table level when necessary with instrument calibration.

4）、After the equipment is installed, clean oil and dust.

5）、Equipment can be used alone but also with the continuous production line supporting the use of.

6)、After the equipment is installed, Check all attachments to collect them.

3、气源连接/Air connection

1）、Equipment air handling parts at the entrance to the compressed air supply air pipe will be tightened to ensure that the seal.

2）、Unscrew the oil mark in the gas treatment section,Add the label is ISO-VG级32- lubricating oil,Pay attention to the oil surface shall not exceed the maximum oil level line,When the oil level is close to the minimum level must replenish oil.

3）、Before aerate,Pull up the top locking knob,Open the weasand air inlet valve,start aeration,Turn the pressure regulating knob clockwise until the reading on the pressure gauge reaches 0.4-0.5MPa,then press the lock knob again.

4）、Oil drop amount can be adjusted as needed,rotating the oil regulating screw of the oil mist sprayer by hand,And observe the amount of oil,Generally, the upper and lower main cylinder to complete the two upper and lower circulation the oil drop a drop.

5）、After discharge of sewage,Regulating each throttle valve,Make the cylinder motion speed normal.

4、电气连接/Electrical connection

五、控制装置/control device

六、操作与调整/Operation and adjustment

1、手动操作/Manual operation

1）First set the machine to manual mode,According to the battery model to find the appropriate heating die,And the heating mould is fixed to the middle position of the heating plate,After the heating mold is fixed.put the battery cover of required model into the Hook cover mold,And use the hook to hook the battery cover,After the battery cover is fixed.Put the hook cover mould on the heating mould.

2）Push the heating plate to the heat seal position of front the by the manual forward switch,And adjust the distance between the battery cover and the heat sealing die,then with the point to move down to move down the main cylinder till the large lifting plate press the hook cover mold,Tighten the mold with screws,Then with the point to move up to move the cylinder up,Return heating plate.

3）Put the battery shell on the chain plate,with the point to move down to move the main cylinder slow down,When the position of the battery shell is close, the battery shell is matched with the battery cover,Fixed the position of the positioning block,Position of clamping cylinders,Adjust the distance of that two aluminum alloy of the battery guide and the width of the battery 1-2cm,Make sure the position of each cylinder is correct,Return to the main cylinder.Can also Positioning the battery,With manual operation,Look at whether the heating mold and the battery cover,the position of the battery cover and battery shell correct,if it is not correct to asjust it again, till correct,Die adjustment is completed.

2、自动运行/Automatic operation

1）In the manual state,Look at the magnetic switch of the main cylinder upper limit is lit,If not, adjust the position of the magnetic switch up and down till magnetic switch can light ,If not, please replace the magnetic switch.

2）、Look at the heating plate forward in the manual state,back off the cylinder whether the back lower limit magnetic switch is lit,If it is not light ,before and after move the switch till the switch lit.

3）、The upper and lower limits of magnetic switches are the origin of the machine&＃39;s automatic operation,Be sure to pay attention to the location of these two magnetic switches.

4）、The magnetic switch below the main cylinder is the switch of the hook cover,We must ensure that the magnetic switch to light up when the hook cover mold pressed battery cap,Otherwise, the heat sealing process of the battery may cause the phenomenon that the cover are not hooked and the cover are not caught, resulting in loss.

5）、Hot plate forward and backward,the magnetic switch on the front of the cylinder is a process control switch,If the heating plate runs to the front not light,Please adjust the position till light up(Different models may need to be adjusted due to different heating plate positions)If it does not light will cause the following action does not perform.

6）、Setting clamping delay and holding pressure delay,the hot melt time relay set to need time.

7）Manually return to the initial position on the screen and return to the auto state,Press the reset button,Perform reset action,Reset indicator light,Press run switch,Make sure that each action is normal,If it is not normal then adjustment.

8）、Set the heating temperature of the temperature control meter after running correctly,Open the heating switch,Heating plate temperature rise to heating temperature,Heating indicator light goes out,start heat sealing.

七、 维护与保养/Maintenance and maintain

1） Head lift guide sleeve, guide cylinder use oil lubrication observe the case appropriate amount filling oil.

2） The oil mist is the need to refuel, the oil level is not less than the lower limit and not higher than the upper limit.

3） Regular cleaning the oil and water of air compressed processing parts, add ISO-VG级32- engine oil in the oil mist device.

4）Regularly check the pneumatic lines, the joints are damaged, leakage or blockage.

5） Regular inspection of the electromagnetic valve is normal or not.
