The MOC306_ Series are optically coupled 1.2
isolators consisting of a Gallium Arsenide
infrared emitting diode coupled with a mono- 7.62 7.62
lithic silicon detector performing the functions
of a zero crossing bilateral triac mounted in a 6.62 4.0
standard 6 pin dual-in-line package.
