Characteristics and field of use
Basic coated Stick electrode for high-quality welded joints. Good out-of-position welding except
for vertical down. Deposition efficiency about 110%. Very low hydrogen content in the weld metal
(under AWS conditions HD ≤ 4 ml/100g). The weld metal is particularly tough and resistant to cracking
and ageing, therefore specially suitable for rigid components with large seam cross-sections.
